I have been guiding students through fun, energetic, technique driven classes since early 2016. I’m continuously working towards developing a fun, challenging and effective workout for my students. After years of contact sports, I found a love for yoga and barre to help strengthen and elongate my muscles. The goal for my students is to enhance their personal growth, while protecting their joints and muscles for longevity. If you are ready for a fun, challenging workout, come meet me at the barre!

I have always had a passion for dance and fitness; barre combines the two into a challenging yet fun workout. Having danced since childhood, I have studied under many instructors in the Syracuse area from a young age to dancing for professional dance teams and companies in the Syracuse and the surrounding areas. I studied fitness development at SUNY Cortland and will be finishing my degree at SUNY Oswego studying wellness management and nutrition. I’m looking forward to using my knowledge in dance, health and fitness to make a fun, safe and welcoming environment in my classes for all levels.

I specialize in teaching the benefits of Yoga to individuals with Developmental Disabilities. I love Yoga so much and teaching, so I want to provide my services to all that want to add the incredible benefits of Yoga to their lives. If you are new to Yoga, my style of teaching offers clear and educational directional language that will create a safe space for you to explore and create your own Yoga practice. If you are a seasoned Yogi, the student in me believes that you never stop learning on your Yoga journey and my class is a fun environment to challenge your mind and as well as your body.
Brittany is a certified spin instructor.
My passion for fitness is truly derived from my pursuit of overall wellness. I believe that the body, mind and spirit deserve a comprehensive approach to being healthy and fulfilled. I began taking spin classes as a high intensity, low impact way to exercise – and I fell in love! Spinning is my happy place and I decided to become an instructor to share the many ways that spinning effects the mind, body and spirit.

Lynea is a certified dance teacher and group exercise instructor
Lynea D’Aprix is the Head Coordinator of the Salt City Dance Festival, a dance teacher, and group exercise instructor. Currently she teaches at Ballet & Dance of Upstate NY and Camillus Dance Centre and is also known as the founder of Syracuse in Heels. Lynea has taught a large variety of classes, such as; kickboxing, dance fitness, heels, somatics, stretch and strength, yoga, hip hop, ballet, and many more. Lynea is a graduate of The College at Brockport and has established a very well rounded and exciting presence within the Syracuse, NY movement community.
Susan was trained and certified at Laughing Lotus in New York City. She teaches an energetic, fresh, fun one-hour hatha vinyasa flow. Classes will have a sense of humor and find the joy in yoga.
